Delivery Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £30
- £3.99 Standard Delivery on all orders under £30
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur during busy periods, adverse weather conditions, postal disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@roccobeauty.co and we will be happy to assist.
Royal Mail may require a waiting period before a parcel can be officially classified as lost. Once confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
