Meet our founder
Laura Jackson is a broadcaster, entrepreneur and creative director known for building businesses that bring people together.
Inspired by her own experience with sensitive, unpredictable skin, Laura set out to create skincare that helps people feel more confident, more comfortable and more like themselves. Working alongside dermatologists, plant scientists and leading beauty experts, she created ROCCO with a simple belief: skincare should support how you feel, not just how you look.
“As a lifelong skincare obsessive, I felt there was a real whitespace in the industry. There are brands that talk about ingredients and efficacy, and others that talk about beauty and aspiration – but very few that acknowledge the emotional reality of living in your skin.
Our skin and our mood are deeply connected. Stress shows up on our faces. Confidence changes how we carry ourselves. Yet skincare rarely speaks to that relationship. I wanted to create products that are scientifically credible and plant-powered, but also designed to lift your mood, bring small moments of joy into your day and help you reconnect with yourself.
