1. The competition

The ROCCO Freshers Survival Kit competition (“Competition”) is promoted by FS Collective Limited, trading as ROCCO (“ROCCO”).

The Competition opens at 00:00 BST on 16 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026 (“Competition Period”).

By entering the Competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Who can enter

The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are starting or currently attending a university or college in the UK during the 2026/27 academic year.

Employees of ROCCO, participating partner brands, and anyone directly involved in organising the Competition, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

To enter, you must complete the online entry form with the requested information during the Competition Period.

There is no purchase necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted on behalf of someone else or multiple entries made by the same person will be disqualified.

Entries received after 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026 will not be counted.

4. The prize

There are 100 Freshers Survival Kits available to win.

Each winner will receive one Freshers Survival Kit, packed with products and treats from ROCCO and our brilliant partner brands, designed to help you survive freshers and feel your best through the 2026/27 academic year.

Each kit will include:

• ROCCO – a selection of ROCCO skincare
• Poppi – a selection of Poppi flavours
• Dirtea – Lion’s Mane Focus Gummies sample packs
• SolSkin – Gradual Tanning Mousse
• MD London – The 11 Dry Shampoo
• What’s Up Patches – Recovery Mode Patches
• Papier – Damson Madder Planner & Pen
• Frank Green – Reusable straws

The exact contents, flavours and product variants may vary between kits and are subject to availability. Products may be substituted with products of equal or greater value where necessary.

Please note that the Freshers Survival Kit does not include a suitcase or luggage.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5. Choosing the winners

The 100 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Competition.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, ROCCO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only.

ROCCO will aim to dispatch prizes as soon as reasonably possible following confirmation of the winners.

ROCCO cannot accept responsibility for prizes that are lost, damaged or delayed once they have been dispatched.

7. Marketing

You do not need to agree to receive marketing communications to enter the Competition.

If you choose to opt in to receive marketing from ROCCO and/or participating partner brands, this will be separate from your Competition entry and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

8. ROCCO affiliate programme

If you have a public Instagram account, you may also choose to apply to become a ROCCO affiliate.

Joining the ROCCO affiliate programme is completely optional, is not required to enter or win the Competition, and does not increase your chances of winning.

Affiliate applications are subject to ROCCO's separate affiliate terms and approval.

9. Your personal information

The information you provide when entering will be used by ROCCO to administer the Competition, select and contact winners and arrange delivery of prizes.

If you separately opt in to receive marketing communications, your information will also be used in accordance with the relevant marketing consent and ROCCO's Privacy Policy.

Your information will not be used for marketing purposes where you have not provided the relevant consent.

10. Disqualification

ROCCO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they have breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false or misleading information, or attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Competition.

11. Changes to the Competition

ROCCO reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

14. Acceptance

By submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter: This promotion is operated by ROCCO Beauty Co. ("Promoter").
   
2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, Boots UK, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
   
3. Promotion Period: The promotion opens at 07:00 BST on 30 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 9 August 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
   
4. How to Enter:
   

• Purchase any ROCCO product from a Boots UK store during the Promotion Period.
  
• Follow @roccobeautyco on Instagram.
  
• Like the competition post.
  
• Send a direct message to @roccobeautyco including a clear photograph of your valid Boots receipt. The receipt must clearly show the purchase date, which must fall between 29 July 2026 and 9 August 2026 (inclusive). Creative entries are encouraged but are not judged on creativity.
  

1. Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry is supported by a separate valid Boots receipt. One entry per qualifying purchase.
   
2. Prize: One winner will receive:
   

• A full ROCCO product bundle;
  
• Exclusive ROCCO merchandise ; and
  
• A Boots Gift Card valued at £50.
  

1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
   
2. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
   
3. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid Boots receipt is required for every entry. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original receipt as proof of purchase and to verify eligibility. Entries submitted with receipts that do not clearly display the purchase date, are altered, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
   
5. Data Protection: Personal information supplied will only be used for administering this promotion and delivering the prize, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
   
6. Instagram & Boots Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Boots UK. By entering, participants release Instagram and Boots UK from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
   
7. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
8. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
