Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To register a return, you must contact us at hello@roccobeauty.co before sending any items back. Returns will only be accepted once authorised by our team and provided with return instructions.
Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorisation instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any costs associated with returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested, or otherwise tampered with after delivery.
