Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To register a return, you must contact us at hello@roccobeauty.co before sending any items back. Returns will only be accepted once authorised by our team and provided with return instructions.

Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorisation instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any costs associated with returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue at hello@roccobeauty.co with your order number and photographs of the issue where possible. Once the issue has been assessed and confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair where applicable. If a return is required for a confirmed faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested, or otherwise tampered with after delivery.
